Interclubes Promotes Best Practice Exchange in Food and Beverage Roundtable

On April 14, 2026, the Interclubes Association hosted the Interclubes Food and Beverage Roundtable at Santa Ana Country Club, bringing together representatives from several member clubs in a space focused on learning, discussion, and collaboration.

The event was led by the Association’s president, Dr. E. Bernal García Córdoba, and moderated by Mauricio Aymerich. Featured participants included Beatriz Tomeu, Vice President of CACORE, with the support of MBA Alfredo Núñez, member of the Food and Beverage Committee at Costa Rica Tennis Club, and Natasha Moscoa Jiménez, director of the Interclubes Association and representative of the host club.
The roundtable welcomed 47 attendees from clubs such as Club Campestre Español, Castillo Country Club, Club Campestre Los 12 Reyes, Costa Rica Country Club, Cariari Country Club, Club La Guaria, Costa Rica Tennis Club, San José Indoor Club, Club Unión, as well as the host Santa Ana Country Club, establishing the event as a highly valuable exchange platform.

Key topics discussed included talent management, member service training, gastronomic trends, menu engineering, restaurant activations, supplier negotiations, and the development of strategic partnerships.
The session provided an opportunity to share best practices, generate innovative ideas, and deliver practical tools to strengthen food and beverage management across participating clubs. Attendees also expressed strong interest in continuing this type of initiative, given the value generated during the event.
