Interclub Swimming Meet Brought Together Over 300 Athletes at the Country Club

On Saturday, September 6, and Sunday, September 7, the Country Club hosted the Interclub Swimming Meet, an event that brought together more than 300 swimmers representing seven national clubs.

The competition unfolded in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and healthy rivalry, with races in butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle, and relays. Participants ranged in age from just 4 years old to 70, highlighting both the reach and the passion that swimming inspires in our country.

The Country Club team delivered an outstanding performance, securing third place overall. This achievement reflects the effort, discipline, and commitment of our swimmers, who proudly represented the Club with dedication and spirit.

The event concluded with an awards ceremony led by Interclubes President Dr. E. Bernal García C. and San José Indoor Club President Dr. Guido Siverio, celebrating not only the athletic accomplishments but also the unity and camaraderie among clubs.
