Interclubes Moves Forward with Metrics Initiative to Strengthen Member Club Management
On August 18, 2026, managers and representatives from Interclubes Association member clubs participated in a metrics analysis meeting held at 4:00 p.m. at the Costa Rica Tennis Club, as part of an initiative designed to generate valuable benchmark information and strengthen club management.

During the meeting, participants reviewed and analyzed key indicators from the participating clubs. The session provided an opportunity to share experiences, exchange perspectives, compare results, and identify opportunities for improvement based on each club's management practices and performance.
The meeting brought together a broad representation of member clubs. The Costa Rica Tennis Club was represented by Randall Cortés M., Operations Manager; Manuel Solano, Sports Manager; and Alexander Díaz A., Finance Manager. Representing Los Reyes Country Club were José Carlos Arce, General Manager; Gabriela Varela, Head of Finance; and Laura Gutiérrez, Head of Operations.
Club La Guaria was represented by José Villalta, General Manager, and Mauricio Rodríguez, Director and presenter. Club Unión was represented by Ernesto Guevara Guzmán, Finance Manager, and Josselyn Ortiz Fonseca, Marketing.
Also in attendance were Jendry Madrigal, General Manager of Castillo Country Club; Ari Lang, General Manager of Club Deportivo Israelita; and Natascha Moscoa Jiménez, Operations Manager of Santa Ana Country Club. San José Indoor Club was represented by Jasón Chavarría León, General Manager, and Guido Siverio Visconti, Director, while Cariari Country Club was represented by Ricardo Ugarde, Secretary of its Board of Directors.
Building a Shared Source of Information
The metrics initiative is led by Mauricio Rodríguez, representing Club La Guaria, and Natascha Moscoa Jiménez, representing Santa Ana Country Club. Together, they have been driving the process of collecting, analyzing, and consolidating key metrics from member clubs.
The meeting also included members of the Interclubes Association Board of Directors, led by Association President Bernal García, along with Alice Ramírez, representing Castillo Country Club, and Guido Siverio, representing San José Indoor Club.
The project is currently in its final consolidation stage. The goal is for the information gathered to become a valuable source of reference for member clubs, supporting decision-making, benchmarking, the identification of best practices, and new opportunities for improvement.
Through this initiative, the Interclubes Association continues to strengthen knowledge sharing and collaboration among its member clubs, promoting tools that support more informed management and the collective growth of the organizations that make up the Association.
