Board of Directors Meeting and Extraordinary General Assembly, Interclubes Association, November 2025

The Interclubes Association held its regular Board of Directors meeting and an Extraordinary General Assembly, during which key decisions were made to strengthen the organization, including the unanimous approval of reforms to the Association’s statutes.


The Board of Directors meeting for the month of November took place on November 24, 2025. Following the conclusion of the regular session, an Extraordinary General Assembly was convened to address matters of significant institutional impact.


During both meetings, the directors reviewed institutional, administrative, and strategic topics aimed at reinforcing the Association and its affiliated clubs. Discussions addressed operational management, governance, and interclub coordination, with the objective of consolidating joint efforts and enhancing support for the initiatives led by member clubs.


Statutory Reform: A Unanimous Agreement

As part of the Extraordinary General Assembly, members unanimously approved the reform of the current statutes—a milestone that marks a new direction for the Interclubes Association. This regulatory update strengthens the organizational structure, modernizes internal processes, and establishes a more robust framework for the institution’s future administration.
